Timeline of seizures and I'm 1y on from active near non stop seizure activity. Slowly getting closer to managing my seizures and assisting my post ictal periods. The latter of the two are the most impactful regarding those around me.

If I've made you feel insignificant or merely down trodden you over the past 11y I can't apologise for my epilepsy, yet I express my sincere apologies to those I've made to feel like a POS when unaware of my condition and it's effects. I actually denied I had epilepsy until more recently.

It's obvious I've been an epileptic for at least 11y now.
I just missed the signs and getting help sooner than now.

I'm glad to be back to somewhat normal, whatever normal means 😂
