    No one in Europe would even try to argue against maternity leave, every person with a non negative IQ knows that's an essential right that needs to be protected in order to give families the possibility to have children

    The main issue with this IMO is the fact that in the last 100/150 years the role of the woman was redefined (rightly so, because the "traditional" woman role is unrealistic and unsustainable today, unless you are down to redefine society and economy as a whole, which is also unrealistic) but the traditional role of the man kept being the same, so it slowly became irrelevant.
    I think a good solution would be to redefine the role of the man as one who's involved in nurturing and family _as much_ as the woman, while _also_ being a provider. This is what most western women are already doing most of the time, there's a reason why one of the most popular discourse topics on the "woman sphere" is complaining about how men don't contribute enough to households, because they don't do anything regarding house chores and taking care of the kids, while women work full time and take care of all the rest. And this happens while also taking into account that most men want women to work, otherwise they are seen as "gold diggers", not to count that women have a right to work in order to protect themselves, in case their partner decides to ditch them eventually.

    On another side note, what you are talking about can be to a some degree avoided implementing a socialist system, or at least a high degree of state welfare. Of course this can be done only if you limit immigration.
    But I don't expect a burger brain to grasp the concept that welfare is good because american society is centered around niggers etc etc

    Implementing a socialist system is more doable than going back to the gender roles of 300 years ago while also maintaining an industrialized society. Social values follow social development. You can "retvrn" only if you give up on industrialized society, and I believe you are smart enough to know it's not possible.

    What I'm saying is that what modern society is doing wrong is leaving young (and also non-young) men behind with no healthy role model and guidance. They only get addressed in a negative way (me too, "yes all men" etc) and they are trapped between becoming trannies or toxic self-absorbed mgtows a la Tate.
    When I try to say that men could have a more "blended" role like women have now (both providers and care takers) dudes react like I want systematic sissyfication/feminization of men, which is kinda telling, because it shows that men see care taking as something inherently degrading and humiliating. This is the thing that had to change imo.

    Dutch have a huge problem with stinginess and can be very rude, but nobody tops Germans autism.
    I've seen multiple clips of burgers sitting in cars while in Germany, being approached by Germans who ask them to turn off the engine of their car (because apparently it's illegal to have the engine turned on of you are not driving) while the engine was literally already turned off

    Conceptually it is but since the US and Japan are deeply culturally dissimilar the outcome is very different.
