I like the term "Luxury Beliefs." That is, beliefs the well off have that they think will make the world better (defund the police, universal basic income, etc.) that actually make things horrifically worse for the people they think would benefit.

People like to dismiss IQ, saying the scores don't matter, ignoring they're tightly correlated with nearly everything. If some kid has an IQ of 70 at age 6 .. okay, if he has really good parents and the best tutoring than MAYBE, he'll score a 76 by age 13. But he will **never** score a 90. He will never be an accountant. There always need to be jobs in a washing machine factory or a cutting tickets at a movie theater for those people, so they have value (and those jobs just keep going away).

My bike was stolen a few weeks ago and I was going to pawn shops seeing if anyone had sold it off. There was this guy and I guess his grandma at the counter, and the woman had to explain multiple times how to use a PS4 he was buying ... what cable you plug in, how you need to charge the controller, how it's wireless but only after you charge it, which cable plugs into what ....

There was a time when smart and dumb people both worked at the stables or the blacksmiths shop, and everyone saw everyone else for who they were. Most people are segregated a lot by their intelligence now more than ever.

UBI will be way less like Star Trek and a lot more like The Expanse.

I still use Odysee quite a bit, more than Rumble honestly. But I really hate it when people are on YouTube and just mirror to Odysee/Rumble and you hear the "We can't say that on YouTube..." in the mirrored videos. ... The best people to follow on either of those sites are the ones who are banned from YouTube ... you know they'll just say what they fucking want.

YouTube has really made new weird vocabulary ... people who spell out things like "a-b-u-s-e" or saying "he unalived himself" instead of suicide or "pew pew" instead of gun.

Monetization was a mistake ... as was humanity.

It's big investor is Peter Thiel, the guy who co-founded Palantir; literally the largest government contractor for domestic and international spy software in the world (whose customers include the US, UK, Israel, Australia...)

Rumble has censored stuff before, and it seems alright now, but who knows how things will go a year or five years from now. Remember, Google had the unofficial office slogan: "Don't be Evil."

I'm not a huge fan of Corbett's anti-state stance, but I am a fan of smaller States (European sized, pre-EU; or if the South had won). I get the feeling Corbett is more ordered-anarchy, but I bet he'd also settle for smaller States.

The media flipped on him in the debates. He literally acted the same way he has for the past three years and everyone goes crazy saying he's not fit. It's interesting to note almost all the reporters that turned on him are members of the Council of Foreign Relations .. George Clooney who wrote that opinion piece, also CFR (why is an actor on the CFR?!)

The CFR and others wanted Biden out. The media can flip public opinion like a switch.

I think Trump is definitely the current pick by the CIA, CFR and others. He'll be installed.

I get a felling this has been a long con and Trump will mandate jabs, refuse to pardon Jan 6th people and start a couple of wars. The almost biblical reverence for Trump now concerns me greatly.

I love how you can't deal with the argument and go back to "You don't know how guns work," as if somehow getting in a last word that addresses nothing is somehow nescessary.

Look, I could be wrong. Maybe everything happened just as the CIA controlled media said. A lone gunman barely nicked Trump's ear because God was watching out for him (and not the 50,000+ dead Palestinians murdered by God's Chosen People™). I'm willing to concede I could be a schizo who needs to "take my meds." But I make a pretty damn good argument, and all your counters seem to be based on accepting an official narrative on face value and idiotic rebuttals like "learn how guns work."
