Escoffier Gab refugee (escoffier@poa.st)'s status on Monday, 03-Jun-2024 01:08:52 JST Escoffier Gab refugee There's been a lot of talk this week about Protestantism vs. Catholicism so I thought I would do my best to irritate both sides as you enjoy your Sunday coffee.
First I just want to recap my journey to faith as I think its somewhat relevant.
I grew up in a dead Christian Church (Lutheran if it matters) and even attended the school attached to the Church. If Jesus was a factor in any person's life involved with that Church that would honestly come as a surprise to me with one exception. This was in the 70's and I think one of the teachers may have been a part of the Jesus movement.
The whole thing seemed like an exercise in mere habit and tradition. I was not a believer and in fact was hostile to the whole enterprise. I am high IQ and mildly autistic so I have zero use for fake, hypocritical or the merely social.
When I was 18 I was working in a kitchen and one of my co-workers was a very vocal Christian who began to witness to me. At some point I had an encounter with God and became a believer.
Just one problem time after time and Church after Church I found the Church to be garbage and that's being kind. I know there are people right now firing up their laptops and preparing to say that I just need to attend their Church.
(eye roll) yeah, I've been a believer for forty years and have attended a ton of Churches. I'll just repeat what I have said several times already: I think the Church (all churches) have been defeated, This should not come as a great surprise as Scripture warns us that...
For I know this, that after my departure savage wolves will come in among you, not sparing the flock. Acts 20:29
Also I would remind you that among the letters in Revelation only two of the Churches receive attaboys and five are harshly rebuked so lets not imagine that its ever been easy to have living Churches that were doing it right.
The Church today is anti-White, anti-Male, and frankly more often than not anti-God.
Personally i reject all previous Christian categories for one specific reason: they have all failed spectacularly. I believe as Scripture tells us that Churches can lose their lampstand, Gods blessing and imprimatur.
So when I came to believe I began to read the Bible and I saw the a Church on fire. With problems to be sure, but on fire in a way that is wholly lacking today and when I asked where I could find a Church like what I saw in the Bible I was told that no longer existed. So I call myself a Book Of Acts Christian.
I think we need to come out of the corrupt failed thing today and just gather together in homes.
What say you?-

Some of which was then handed to the protestants, some was not - they just each took a cut.
Then after just being finished saying what a travesty the Synods were they ran their own.
Now people wonder why Christianity has a legitimacy problem with 50,000 denominations in America today. -

Dude broke his vow of celibacy, leaving the monastic life and married a brawd. Like what even??
How can that be justified, even if you charge the entire Church of simony?
How is this dude holier than the Pope? And holier than every Pope going back since forever? How can he legitimately start a rival religion? -
thefinn (thefinn@poa.st)'s status on Monday, 03-Jun-2024 01:08:46 JST thefinn @KuteboiCoder @FourOh-LLC @Escoffier Yeah the whole thing was just a mess from the start.
I was referring to protestants not recognising any of the saints, as I was quoting Saint Thomas Aquinas.
Protestants just want people to believe because of "faith" or something. It doesn't even make sense - the Religion is meant to be logical and reasonable and rational. -

If the dude just said "this shit sucks" and left the monastery, he wouldn't be the first or the last. He wouldn't be extraordinary in any way.
The realpolitick of it is that the German princes of the time realized that not paying tithes and taxes and so forth to Rome would be a game-changer, fiscally and geopolitically. So they ran with it. -
thefinn (thefinn@poa.st)'s status on Monday, 03-Jun-2024 01:08:47 JST thefinn @FourOh-LLC @Escoffier @KuteboiCoder Enjoy.
Unless you're a protestant, in which case you'll just go back to your babbling I guess.

thefinn (thefinn@poa.st)'s status on Monday, 03-Jun-2024 01:08:48 JST thefinn @Escoffier @KuteboiCoder @FourOh-LLC I love it when people use science to prove god.
It really fucks with atheists something awful. -
FourOh-LLC (fouroh-llc@pkteerium.xyz)'s status on Monday, 03-Jun-2024 01:08:48 JST FourOh-LLC No, that's not it, at all. You cannot use science to prove the existence of God.
You can show however that Faith and Hope is so fundamental part of intelligence, that trying to prove anything is pure arrogance. We are all influenced by "faith" regardless the purpose of our efforts.
The ancient Greeks asked themselves "what did the Gods ever gifted man with anything useful" and they answered with "blind hope". They have realized that "hope" is far more powerful than even the animal instinct of self-preservation.
Things like the black dwarfs, and other curiosities do not use science to prove God exists, it only proves that we people realize and accept that things which do not "exists" are real. In the case of the black dwarfs we accept the fact that there will be celestial objects around a trillion year boundary of the Universe we are not going to see (humanity will not last a trillion years). -

This was a New Years resolution to attend, and I skipped the entire month of February, Black History month, when I figured that every week's sermon would be more of the same.
I showed up a few times afterwards (March maybe) and I really wasn't captivated or impressed by what I heard. -
Escoffier Gab refugee (escoffier@poa.st)'s status on Monday, 03-Jun-2024 01:08:50 JST Escoffier Gab refugee @KuteboiCoder @FourOh-LLC If i'm being honest, and i've been a believer for forty some odd years, the modern Church (all of them) are deballed, defanged and defeated. They are anti-male, anti-White and for the most part anti-God. Better to walk away and just get in the Word yourself.
I hope we can find a way for us dissidents to gather together but its tough in a police state. -

And of course I never told my church friends the real reason I stopped going to their lousy nigger church. Not worth blowing up that relationship with some otherwise nice people. -

FourOh-LLC (fouroh-llc@pkteerium.xyz)'s status on Monday, 03-Jun-2024 01:08:51 JST FourOh-LLC My uncle and ant adopted me when I was 13 in the early 80s, and they are (their kids and grandkids) 7th Day Adventists. Their homes is the "Church".
Jesus did not create yet another "religion", did not leave a single written word, created very few acts which are truly only "ceremonies" except maybe the washing of feet and the last supper procession.
Loving God, forgiving trespassing, repentance is the reward in itself, beyond that everything becomes confused and corrupted as the Enemy indeed is powerful and determined to turn every one of us from God. -

Reverence for our ancestors and their observations of the world, but also enough reverence for our racial brothers to diffuse hyper tribalism and build the ethnostate America should’ve been under the national love of Christ before (((industrialist))) (((parasites))) and the wicked assumed command. -
Santa Noodle ☦️ (bowsacnoodle@poa.st)'s status on Monday, 03-Jun-2024 02:35:16 JST Santa Noodle ☦️ @Escoffier I love that rather than rejecting faith you realized it was a people problem. It took me a lot longer to see that, but here I am today. If there's no physical church that's spiritually meeting your needs, a house church is great. I do believe in the importance of Christian fellowship, and perhaps a Bible Study or some other semi regular thing would help there. -
ElJewpacabra (jewpacabra@poa.st)'s status on Monday, 03-Jun-2024 02:35:16 JST ElJewpacabra @BowsacNoodle @Escoffier I went through the same “hostility” if you will although for me it was a loss of conviction and an indifference.
btw people are beginning to meet in homes again. I don’t think people are willing to let go of that spark of light that Christ puts in us, but I think they can see that the wolves have assumed the role of shepherds. Fellowship is incredibly important. it’s not a surprise to me that as our nation and communities were atomized; that as soon as we stopped slaughtering the wicked and the evil, the evil and wicked took the pulpit and the crown and led the flock to the slaughterhouse.
I wish it didn’t feel like walking through a minefield to find folks like you all to come together and find fellowship with. -

That is the hard part. Most Churches today are so eaten up with Dispensationalism (I love Israel) or Progressivism (anti-racism replacing every Christian doctrine) that they are functionally worthless. So how do we gather together as dissident believers?
I don't know but I think its an important question. -

We are not of the land where that faith came from. All its major holidays are just pagan holidays with "Jesus" written overtop of it. It has nothing to do with how we interact with the natural world. Now its just being used to destroy us and strengthen the jew
