@gorplop ok, but be warned, you have to take at least 10 monitors, 5 keyboards, and 8 mice as well. Oh and 10 power cords.

I got a *whole lot* of these displays from ewaste, I'm going to make a 40x4 display, I'm waiting on some protoboard to arrive.

My consumer grade coffee-turned-tea machine burned out an element (again, #4) and I started work to turn the commercial grade one I got into a wifi-controlled tea machine. Its still in progress. (lots of work, the commercial ones are SO crude)

This is a feed-forward loop controller that makes turning DC motors into steppers easy.
The method still needs work as it gets to the target as fast as possible, but cant really hold it there, so, more work needed.

@foone someone tested it on youtube, PS2 keybaords have less latency than usb.

8080 card looking for a good home.

I have this rather nice 8080 board, its got everything you need to just up and run a program (less a power supply).
It isn't a standard card edge, pinout, but should be easy to reverse engineer. ROMs are 2532.

ok! up and running again, the core i5 machine takes no perceivable time to slice an STL for printing. Now I just need to get the other printer trimmed up.

When the computer that runs the 3d printer rack dies and you don't much care, cause it was an e-cycled macDonalds sales terminal that was DAMN SLOW at slicing prints but arg, cause reworking all this *&^^#$ is gonna be some effort.

If you turn a 555 180,
pin 3 (output) is pin 7 (open collector output) and
pin 2(trigger) is pin 6(threshold)

suspicious.....

[I might have trigger and threshold mixed up cause I always connect them and dont actually care who is who]
