Its still in progress. (lots of work, the commercial ones are SO crude)

Educated Guess Motor Kicking.
This is a feed-forward loop controller that makes turning DC motors into steppers easy.
The method still needs work as it gets to the target as fast as possible, but cant really hold it there, so, more work needed. -

"nailed it!" it says, after the 18th attempt to find an answer to fixing 'up'Chatgpt created the perfect picture for it, I love the one that didn't even hit the board, so appropriate.

I have this rather nice 8080 board, its got everything you need to just up and run a program (less a power supply).
It isn't a standard card edge, pinout, but should be easy to reverse engineer. ROMs are 2532.Tell me in words (not likes...) if you have a project you would like it for. (for shipping from canada)

Rue Mohr (ruenahcmohr@infosec.exchange)'s status on Saturday, 21-Dec-2024 19:55:20 JST Rue Mohr ok! up and running again, the core i5 machine takes no perceivable time to slice an STL for printing. Now I just need to get the other printer trimmed up.
note to self, cable management later!

[I might have trigger and threshold mixed up cause I always connect them and dont actually care who is who]
