     @RueNahcMohr A TO-92 package that has been previously used. I don't assume that these are BJTs (though that is often the case) because this form factor can house a number of different functions such as voltage regulators, comparators, temperature sensors, and voltage references. Identifying the contents of the package has been intentionally left as an exercise to the poster. 🤪
