I'll probably do the same with the head amp and channel drive chips, I have a complete dead drive and the best pics available are low-res full die shots.

It's a Zip drive main board!

Rucify is the ATAPI controller used on more recent Zip drives. I can't tell what the board is from though, possibly an external drive PCB which could be built as an internal?

Two fixed #TeliContact telex handhelds! New batteries installed. Just need to leave them on charge for about 12 hours. For some reason the display contrast on one is awful.
