@Jean_Philippe_Micheaux @egirlyuumimain @Hoss well thing is, alot of states have laws on the books that if you work over 40 for a long enough time consitently, like 2-3 months, you have to be considered full time. I'd advise em to look up what the laws are governing it in your state. I think its like 12 weeks? that being said they pull the same nonsense there and will drop the hours at 11 weeks.
