    @rlier23 I used to be a twig that struggled to open pickle jars. Now that I'm at the very least lean and somewhat muscular, being able to exert the necessary force for a lot of the hardware I'm dealing with is such an amazing feeling.

    @Tamamo Sony PlayStation, too. I think there are a ton of factors contributing to how safe and censorious JP devs choose to be, but yeah, they definitely killed their own creativity. Japan is lagging behind now as their corporate culture self-immolates, yet they're all too stubborn to change and adapt. Or at least, they're adapting incorrectly, like as they eat up the poison that comes from Commiefornia and ESG. Meanwhile Korea and China start to take more of the metaphorical pie, even in manga. In terms of PNG collectors, Japan's is not as risque as Azur Lane and Last Origin due to all the censorship happiness.

    A shame, but... this is the opportunity for some Japanese devs to strike out AGAINST the grain of their own country and win it big and put Japan back on the market... if they have the balls to. Otherwise, I think eventually Korea and China will take over the eastern entertainment market.

    @beardalaxy Yeah, version control is a complicated tool and requires some learning on how to use it. That being said, I am quite spoiled on it. However, that doesn't mean version control is without any faults. It sits on your hardware, so additional hardware backups is completely valid.

    For small studios, they get by in any way they can. I laugh at the flash drives because I think the idea of people carrying buckets of flash drives like some Vietnamese rice farmer is quite hilarious out of context, but also... at least SOME of it should be version controlled, right? There's a balance you can strike, especially since version controlling is a free utility.

They simply do poor jobs intentionally, and their attempts to label "people like us" as right-wingers is awfully stupid. We simply want our good games and media, without THEIR political injection. As much as the politically affiliated actors try to preach about being on the right side of history, they simply... are not. :chino_sip:

    Funny how it works, huh? The trannylators are the aggressors, but they turn you into the bad guy for criticizing them. It's like the whole Body Type A/B thing. YOU are the crazy one for being so nit picky. Actually, you should ask yourself why it was so important to change from the natural default of Male/Female. Hmmm??? No one really wants to answer that question lol.
