Everyone else is allowed to have groups which advocate for their interests, have nepotism, attack White people as a group. But White people must treat everyone like they are individuals, and have no one to back them up. And they must not be prejudged against groups which hate them, because its not fair to have pattern recognition.

Whole individualism is retarded. You can treat yourself as individual, you cant treat others as such. Everyone falls into many groups and you assign importance to them.
