I think that's fair. It's good that you give yourself some room for "Wait, you want that part to move too?"

Actually I remember that being explained in one of the god movies but you should still watch original DB because it's legitimately good.

This is difficult because so many games have such a short shelf life for discussion now so it's very older game weighted.
Still, you have to include Pokemon since it spawned the biggest media franchise of all time.
I would maaaaaaaaybe add Minecraft. Strong maybe. it's super iconic but not if you're above a certain age and also weren't there for the beta days.
I don't think Donkey Kong makes the cut but I could agree with the others.

This. From what I've seen it's more an issue of parents letting their kids run feral and refusing to discipline them than it is genetics.
"Children should be seen and not heard" though perhaps a bit harsh, was a European phrase rather than an Asian one after all.
Anyway, more places should show these people the door.

It's Nomura. He specifically hates Moogles and would have axed them all together if he ever got the chance.

This is a large part of why they push rap and hiphop beyond the cultural reasons. It's more or less impossible for record companies to make money now but they can at least cut production costs by having some nignog talk over a looped background track.
In addition to this, you've always had a push-pull between normgroid tastes and people who actually want something interesting. In the late 70s, you had New Wave and Punk (before it was totally gay) push back against the increasingly bland and implicitly black disco music. Black metal was like this too kinda. Today however I'm afraid that there's some serious structural issues that will make a repeat of this phenomenon harder. There are no irl "scenes" that people can really attend regularly and if there were the hall-monitors would be on them as soon as they got the ball rolling. Also most of the music blogs that made indie rock happen were either buck broken or died off in the mid 2010s. How do you recreate this in a more centralized internet, with a recording industry that knows they crushed a very White, independent music scene before?
tldr music is no longer profitable and we're dealing with the fallout from that.
P.S. The Beatles are categorically not a rock band.

I actually think having only new Pokemon in BW was a bold choice but this is also when the designs started slipping.

Jojo should replace Naruto in that image at minimum given the massive influence it's had.
Also why is Yugioh grouped with finished series when it's still running?

The sequel is in English too now if you didn't know.

That's of course only if you can argue the absurd position that there were millions of people living in the Kongo to begin with.

Anime isn't seen as "serious entertainment" (even now) so it's treated as an option of last resort for people who can't make it in Hollywood. It doesn't help that the few people who they pulled off the street in the 90s and stuck with it managed to pull up the ladder just as sales were picking up.
You see the same thing with videogames even though they make more money than film. American devs, writers, etc. still treat it as a stepping-stone to the movie industry or at least try to suck up to them because they view it as having more "prestige". The guy who made Dexter's Lab complained about studio execs encouraging him to "graduate" from animation to live action too.
The few good dubs of the era were when they just happened to find someone who cared like Domon's VA in G Gundam.

It doesn't matter if it's continuous or not, it's effect still resolves even if the card is destroyed, it would specifically need to negate card effects.
This is the reason for the old joke: "I chain MST" since it would accomplish nothing against a trap card that leaves the field anyway.
