@Tadano @MK2boogaloo
Yeah that was wild.
And, more generally, Poast uses their donation to expand operations, instead of ensuring continuity of services for those that donated.
-
> for the next like, month and a week or two we are going to be aggressively requesting donations and shilling donation links
I laughed. I already see such messages so often, I have to wonder if it will be any different.
Donate, or not, the threat of such down, and the guilt of graf's sacrifice are continually pushed onto the Poast users.
It is a cursed charity.
I hope they find the courage to move to a smaller instance.

@gabriel What sort of thing is a mutual credit system?
-
@Suiseiseki @lina @MK2boogaloo @lucy Sir, the only thing I'll say to this is, you don't know God at all.
-
@MK2boogaloo We have all met women, that being with, is worse than being alone.

@theorytoe
> folks cannot get bought into it because the arguments they hear don’t resonate with them.
No, the arguments are simply retarded.

@skylar @Wiz @mischievoustomato
It is the restart itself, or the thermal cooling that causes the wear?

Sometimes translators inject their doubt directly into the Bible. Verse 17 is their declaration of intent, if Nebuchadnezzar should choose not to throw them into the fire.
KJV:
16 Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, answered and said to the king, O Nebuchadnezzar, we are not careful to answer thee in this matter.
17 If it be so, our God whom we serve is able to deliver us from the burning fiery furnace, and he will deliver us out of thine hand, O king.
18 But if not, be it known unto thee, O king, that we will not serve thy gods, nor worship the golden image which thou hast set up.
HCSB:
16 Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego replied to the king, “Nebuchadnezzar, we don’t need to give you an answer to this question.
17If the God we serve exists, then He can rescue us from the furnace of blazing fire, and He can rescue us from the power of you, the king.
18But even if He does not rescue us,w we want you as king to know that we will not serve your gods or worship the gold statue you set up.”

@Tadano voted... but who was I supposed to vote for? xD

All men are given small gifts by God. A bit of strength, a few resources. This much can be said about everyone.
It is with these gifts that we can effect small changes. Tiny bits of happyness or joy, for our selves and others.
Many are unsatisfied with this happyness these joys. And, choose coldness towards others, and suffering for themself. They do the hard thing, to change their fate. But, that is beyond their reach, and so their efforts are only vanity.
In the end, God will make all things right. That isn't your concern. But, you can make little changes, for good, or evil. Which will you choose this day?

@nugger
The desire to vanquish the demon lord is a deceiving desire.
There is far more value is seeing your useless and retarded friend laugh and smile.
Joy cheaply bought today, is always better than a life time of suffering in pursuit of the greater good.
