Heads up that the feds quietly passed a law penalizing any corporation owner (yes, even the guy who runs a restaurant as an LLC) $500 per day and jail time for not submitting a report to the feds by year end. Expect to see this selectively enforced against whatever groups the government doesn't like.

It was necessary to fulfill previously established ritual requirements and effectively replace them; arguing this further would just be a "could God make a rock so big he couldn't move it" discussion. There is no contradiction.
