Man inherits land and doesn't do anything with it for decades, neighbor uses land productively to raise livestock and run business. This situation is literally why squatters rights were invented and I don't know why Fox News is trying to make me feel sorry for the prior owner.

@coolboymew @harblinger A bunch of companies won't have operating cash available short term and will have to get loans, bigger ones will get them while smaller ones go bankrupt because they were already a house of cards. Eventually they'll probably get most/all their money back since the bank has plenty of assets to liquidate, but it may take years to finish.

@coolboymew @Moon He's in the price range for 70% of cover price as revenue and his books get about 100 reviews. If we assume 5% of people review and an average price of $4 that is about $5,600 of revenue per book. He has roughly roughly 320 books not counting compilations, so about 1.8 million.
Lots of assumptions being made, and probably lowball estimates. I suspect the sales volume is really at least 5,000 units for him to have physical book deals.

@WashedOutGundamPilot Anecdotally, a family member of mine once got pissed because the man she was sleeping with wore a fake wedding ring to pick her up initially and she later found out he wasn't actually cheating on his wife with her. Complained he was dishonest.
