yeah so basically israel (the Good Guys ™️ ) sabotaged a shipping container full of pagers and blew people's fingers off indiscriminately in lebanon

@weaf @ColonReport I considered a battery "explosion" but pagers almost universally have NiCd or NiMH batteries, not lithium ion
considering that this apparently happened all at once they probably just had a timed explosive charge in the pager and scheduled calls to the pagers to get people to pick them up at that time -

if big tech companies weren't profitable offering free-with-ads services like youtube to first world customers whose ad views are actually worth something, why did they allow the third world access at all
were they just trying to commit fraud by passing off ubungu click click's ad view as equivalent to a middle class american viewing it
it costs youtube just as much, if not more, for ubungu to watch a video as it does for me to watch it -

a large majority of gamers care more about performance (playability) than graphics so why are all the game-related tech companies focused on graphics? particularly console manufacturers with fixed hardware and game companies that struggle to deliver 60 fps on it
I'm sure they have a reason, and the only one that comes to mind is maybe they're trying to dazzle dipshit investors who don't play games but will watch a little movie presentation showing off the graphics -

in about 10th grade I was on the morning bus and this very cute girl I kinda knew but wasn't friends with got on
the bus was pretty full and I was near the front, so she looked around and then just sat on my lap
I didn't know what to do but I just let her sit there all the way to school, like 15 minutes at least. she didn't even say anything to me
it's one of those really surreal memories I sometimes wonder if I hallucinated. but it happened -
