    I have no doubt the burger navy is a clusterfuck, I just suspect the chink navy is even worse.

    They routinely build machines that inadvertently eat people and skyscrapers with so much trash in the support columns they crumble when poked. I find it hard to believe their ships work as intended.

    They wouldn't "take out china" in a month, they'd engage the chinese navy within a month. If they lose then that's the end of the war. They'd have to sue for peace at least long enough to build new boats. If they win then they've achieved their objective and china can no longer mount an invasion.

    Mainland china itself wouldn't see any war, beyond maybe some strategic bombing/missiles.

    Ok. How many US carriers have been hit by cruise missiles to date?

    The US doesn't make much of anything anymore, except missiles and planes.

    Those would be the deciding factor in such a war. If it came to rifles it'd mean someone's already lost and doesn't want to admit it.

    Yeah, that sucks, but my point is that the war would be won or lost in one engagement. Manufacturing capacity only counts for replenishing stocks afterwards, it wouldn't decide the outcome of the war.

    Maybe, we'll see. The quality of the federal military is low, but they're big and very well equipped.

    I have no idea what the quality of manpower is like in the chinese army but their industrial system has a serious problem producing equipment of acceptable quality.

    The US armed forces were in woeful shape at the onset of WW2. The feds are very effective at mobilising a lot of resources in a very short space of time if they decide to do so. Doing so is typically very inefficient and highly corrupt, but that doesn't bother them.
