I'd imagine the show would need to be hella huge to warrant the Podcast Index pursuing any sort of DMCA takedown. Anchor is probably the most normie of normie hosting. With podcasting 2.0 + the podcast index, they aren't hosting any of the mp3's like you'd find on youtube et all.

@Moon yea like write freely. I need to find something that will generate hyper links to each header in the article for podcast 2.0 chapters.

@Moon If you have other suggestions to look into I'd definitely check them out.

Overall the goals are to have shownotes that can federate and generate emails for when we go live weekly. Ideally, since we archive and self host a lot of the articles that we pull, we'd be able to start building out a curated shownotes database using something like https://logseq.com/ or https://docs.freeplane.org/

Then when we publish the mp3, our chapter json shownotes link would point to the headers.
