    House inspection tomorrow

    I got the mortgage lending too

    Just need to get an insurance and then sign at the notary(?) that the house guy recommended in about 2 months and it should be all done

    I hate shopping for this shit, because in the past decade or so I've made increasingly sure to shop thoroughly for stuff, never give as much infos as you can, etc. and with this shit, I have no idea if I could possibly get scammed in the long run. You just have to do it regardless

    Oh yeah, the kettle with adjustable tea temp works nicely. The green tea is not getting burnt anymore and is way more tasty. On the other hand, less endless sipping time because it's immediately very drinkable
