@Zerglingman@Immahnoob You don't have to reveal that someone moved if they don't actually leave their location, just that intrigue was gained at their location
@Zerglingman@Suzu Huh, it seems their forum was killed, thats unfortunate. Still, you can access everything the game offers and even the fan community without setting foot on that cursed webhook
@Zerglingman@Suzu I play this game from time to time. It's a bit on the lighter end lore wise but it's pretty much just 40k with the serial numbers filed off. TL;DR for its lore is that humanity just arrived in the shittiest corner of the galaxy on colonies ships, the not Space Marines and the Not Sisters of Battle had a falling out and are at war, and the sector ala 40k proper is just a perpetual battleground. It's a game designed to cover pretty much every proper 40k and 30k unit option in one game, also a couple original factions, under slightly less obtuse rules so it's pretty fun. https://www.onepagerules.com/games/grimdark-future
@Zerglingman You could always just cut the word tag from that phrase. Also my thought was that they were treated as having neither until it was revealed, that way the ability works unisexly until such.
@Zerglingman I think the most interesting trait about a character like this is the perpetual threat of being a secret sign with me target, so I'd argue making them at least a little harder to reveal would make them more entertaining. Something like: (Student) "Passive: During script creation, secretly note down whether this character is a (Boy) or a (Girl)." "Goodwill 2: Remove 1 Paranoia and give 1 Goodwill to a student in their location that doesn't share a (Boy)/(Girl) tag with them." "Goodwill 4: Reveal the character's secret (Boy)/(Girl) tag.."
@Zerglingman@Immahnoob Also I think if you pick combinations of sub/main plots that would result in you going over a role cap, you would just omit adding one of them. Rule book doesn't seem to mention it as far as I looked.
@Zerglingman@Immahnoob Missing Person can't override restrictions to movement, however Missing Person causing a culprit to move into the location the culprit is already in is a legal play, and the reason you would make him Missing Person in a Hospital Incident game.
@Zerglingman@Immahnoob Without a special rule saying he can leave the hospital (in a game without Doctor anyways), Patient can't move out of Hospital. Also I'm not sure what you mean by that second one?
