Strictly for example, I'm making over $100 to do basically nothing because an AP is down. Why is it down? The room it's in is being painted.
Who knows how many hundreds were paid to the long chain of subcontractors that eventually led to me. But all of it was an avoidable expense. All that would have been needed was for someone to communicate "Hey, heads up, the painters are unplugging this so they can paint"
