If it's wide open and the most evil person you can imagine can show up with sunglasses and a fake mustache, then excluding that person was only done as a gesture; In terms of actually helping vulnerable people, it's less than meaningless.

@coolboymew @ooignignoktoo I'm currently using my trusty 1080 (8GB) from 2016. If I had to replace it, I'd go for maximum VRAM, and my currently sweet-spot is a 3090 Ti, which on eBay you can get from any number of people for ~$700.
