    My friend translated the majority of Prillya's manga before retiring and when I asked why he didn't reach out for an official translation he said the author might flip if he found out he's been translating and distributing his works without permission so the idea of presenting his work as proof of talent goes out the window

    @teto this new regulation basically extends the rule to everything.
    Previously you only needed age ratings if you wanted to release your game on consoles.
    With this you'll have to have it rated if you want to sell in germany.
    this means that small indie games will be gone too until they get rated.

    @lapin the game doesn't give any spotlight to the guns which is what gun otakus are all about.
    I don't think we even knew what their guns were called until they implemented the system that lets you upgrade their guns after 5*.

    Gunfags would be more attracted to something like GFL or Snowbreak where guns can be viewed in a 3D environment/have references to guns irl
