@silverpill i have a lot of stuff in the outgoing queue, which i suspect are what has been causing my federation lag issues. On journalctl i see a lot of times that mitra tries to resend stuff and queues it again but always fails. I've tried blocking the instances in the /etc/hosts file, which I think probably has alleviated the issue for me

@PurpCat in one way that is positive (drivers get upstreamed) but in the other, getting upstreamed doesn't mean everything is fine and nice. Lots of times kernel maintainers will push updates that fuck shit up, and many hw vendors don't give a shit about upstreaming (hello qualcomm)
