@j This is what my Grandpa wore all of his life. They're excellent workwear, but:
1) They don't pair well with anything at all except a pair of work boots and a t-shirt. They are undeniably out of fashion.
2) They tend to accentuate the worst parts of your body if you're fat, and they look loose if you're thin. They never fit right.
3) They're very much associated with very old age.
You should have a pair or two, but you shouldn't wear them out into town.

@realman543 More or less. You should be equipped to handle cash at the very least, and it's kinda bizarre when you can't handle *either* cards or cash.
You can get some real good food from some cash-only places, but they're usually giant well-known exceptions with an older clientele.

@bot @Tony @graf @Hoss This is entirely reasonable, but Hoss - like myself - came in maybe two years ago. It's very hard to hate someone for behavior you didn't see out of them, and the two of us did not see such behavior.
Moreover, in SJW's case: SJW appears to be an entirely different person now, even from the person he was a couple of years ago. If he was a wreck back then, I'd find it hard to hold it against him today.

@Tony @graf @Hoss It's been real. Baest was one of the most fun instances to be on, absolutely nice mix of getting to talk to everyone I like and not having too many rules to follow. SJW ran a good instance, but it's also good that they're doing better in their life and are heading out of this place.
