    There isn't much interest when I recycle old poems here either. But at least back then there was someone who talked more in depth about it so I was basically writing for them. The muse needs a bit of encouragement sometimes.

    @MK2boogaloo Yeah, I've always curated who I follow. My old account was open and it still didn't create the vibe I wanted to have so it is really about figuring that out. I kind of like the idea of something like a cosy pub vibe where we can talk like the working class without worrying about being politically correct.

    That's a shame. No idea what that is about. Well, you might still get to speak with the others.

    @MK2boogaloo I don't mind being obscure. It's great for the reason you mentioned. I just want to reach the people that are interested in interacting with me that I want to interact with. I want a good time with good company. I prefer quality over quantity.

    @ArdainianRight @iceloops I don't think people realise how damaging it is to twist language. That this can destroy peoples identities and lives. Language is important and yet academics so quickly change word meanings and terms. It can make it harder for us to articulate meaning in our lives because we no longer have the words to do so.
