wow, what a rude customer that just placed an order here. he seemed annoyed when placing and talked in a condescending tone to the cashier. it sounds like he was a regular who expected them to remember what his usual order is.

but with veggies they're picky about how you cook them. with meat, it's all right as long as you throw it into a fire. cooked to perfection? no. but just give it heat and it's okay.

veggies are more temperamental. and the nutritional value tends to be low.

if i had to describe the taste of vegetables by another name, i think "sad" would be in there somewhere.

FOSS developers in the 90s had the idea that they'd replace Windows and that ordinary people would use these tools and they'd know it under names such as Linux and GNU.

that was seen as the battle to win at the time. cloud didn't exist. smartphones didn't exist. the only relevant thing, the high visibility thing, was what software was running on desktop computers.

that battle was lost.
