I've been knocked over exactly once in the last five years, and I couldn't be assed testing what it was, I was too busy trying not to fall over while getting a drink of water. It lasted a few days and then I was fine.
Other than that I spent a few weeks with my nose draining like a bitch in heat while I was in Hokkaido in late winter. Seems pretty straightforward correlation there.
