     Most shops will hit a trucking company or driver for $5-$10k on a repair. The guy who has all the knowledge, tools and ability might see $1000 that week

     Its a minimum wage job. It's a launchpad, not a career. If your still flipping burgers past high-school they should throw you in a shallow grave. These dumb fucks can't figure out yes/no on toppings or serve hot food and they're making $20/hr.

     With inflation everything is going much MUCH higher, expect a cheap zogslop meal to be $50-100 in the future. It would not be as bad if skilled jobs had appropriate pay to their skill level but we are actively attempting to suppress wages. Once upon a time we had actual skilled White men building houses, and now its a bunch of low end immigrants who dont give a shit about quality.

     I find it humorous when you goto a shop and it's got 3 White techs and 20 spics. All they do is break shit, fuck things up and hold wages down. When I took over as shop foreman here I ran them all off. Surprisingly I no longer have wheel end issues, torque problems or half assed work.

     Those immigrants steal whatever they can too. When we were having our new building put up for my wife and I's business we overbought flooring bc they change it alot. So I bought extra. Knowing they would try and steal it I went in the day it was delivered and caught them loading it in their trucks.
     
     Made them unload it all then fired them. The GC was pissed and I told him you bring another thieving spic on this job and I'll sue the shit out of you after I break your fucking arms. Had no more issues after that.
