     @ent @IceCubeSoup @Dcgirl you guys don't get it. Better meat doesnt fix this unfortunately. The only way I can get her to eat it is by covering it in sauce, or cooking it till burnt. The more it tastes like good quality meat, the less she will eat.

     @ent @Dcgirl my wife doesn't do lots of meat (not vegetarian, just doesn't like it). She really struggles with iron levels. Even supplements don't keep up. She gets an iron infusion injection when required.

     Or just better cooking. Even simple ground beef is great if cooked right. I've made this dish many times, and am doing so again tonight:

     The version of the recipe I use calls for 1 cup of white rice if you tend to use that instead of brown rice like me, and I don't use scallions. Follow your rice packaging's directions for cooking that part.

     (The Haio gochujang I get from my local H-mart doesn't have soy in it, fwiw)

     Make sure you up the iron in your diet. My wife's favorite way to do so is with a steak

     @Crux_Invictus @Dcgirl @ent @IceCubeSoup the pills would have to be tiny. She can't swallow pills either. We've been through these options.
