     Brak Show was a spin off of the Cartoon Planet Brak segments which were themselves a spinoff of Space Ghost Coast to Coast. If you can I highly recommend you track down a copy of SGCtC. It is brilliant absurdist humor and a really nice peak into 90s American counter culture.

     The last few seasons of KotH tried so hard to be culturally relevant that it killed the tone for the series. B&B was a brief moment in time that perfectly encapsulated the era, and when it came back enough time had passed that the characters acting exactly the same were given a chance to riff on the fresh new hell of the modern world. It worked perfectly because idiots are idiots and you don't need to change them. Mike Judge did it just right letting B&B tilt at the sacred cows of the 2020s

     More relevant to be honest. But to make it work in the modern era it would cause so much seethe from the people it is mocking, and the people that would otherwise laugh at the jokes would get disgusted before even giving it a chance.

     @Heil_Honkler @hj @CrushBead @coolboymew A couple of years ago I watched SGCtC from beginning to end. I was very young last time I saw it on CN and only remembered tiny bits. The show was great.
     
     You can notice a slight tonal shift as the series progresses and the 90s end. Also, I remember seeing the characters from Aqua Teen Hunger Force appear. That was strange.
