@dcc @charlie_root I've been through the redpill phase, the angry and insulted at everything phase, the blackpill phase, the 'it is what it is' phase, but still I'm still, somehow, surprised, disappointed and disgusted at how things are playing out.

I may or may not be especially disgusted today because I had to deploy a change to the medical system I'm working on to remove the word 'mother' and replace it with 'birthing parent'.

There is a Christmas party coming up soon and unless I simmer down in the mean time I'm liable to say something after a few drinks that could put me out of a job. Wish me the best 🍻
