Dr. Sex, Ph.d, Esq.The coolest part of Bocchi is how when, on the rare occasion they actually do discuss the instruments, it's all real gear being referenced and the instruments they draw are all real, actual existing instruments (with the exception of Bocchi's yamaha with the p90 in the neck position, that does not exist as a production guitar outside of a handful of promotional models made for the show specifically). It really makes me wish there was a show about cute anime girls doing music stuff but actually leaning way more heavily into gear spergery
"They're different things" actually bolsters the point here, these people just run in the wrong direction with it. Yes. They are different things, because men and women are different. Because they are different, they respond differently to different types of pressures. Hence, to get the response out of women you see women get out of men, you *have* to use different pressures.
Yeah, no doubt. Imagine paying full price for a current year gibson when you can buy 70's-80's ones that are better quality for roughly the same price. I wish there was a cheap version of rickenbackers though. And I wish there was an affordable version of the ovation breadwinner (yes I know about the eastwood breadwinner but it doesn't have the cool flared headstock)
I mean I can sorta believe it for tube amps since tubes themselves aren't cheap, but you can buy solid-state heads. No excuse for those costing as much as they do.
