@aral @farshidhakimy I think this is what happens if you tell it to show notifications on the lockscreen, but not the notifications' content, which is a privavy setting, I believe.

@aral If @mozilla just focused on making a good browser, I would even pay for it. But that greedy CEO needs to go first.

WTF?! My 71 year old mother just called me, because her #Samsung #Tablet has no internet connection. I told her to reboot it, but she said it won't let her. Turns out Samsung decided to make the power button dedicated to the #Bixby assistant. They want her to tell Bixby "Please turn off the tablet". But remember how I said the tablet has got no internet? :)

I'm so pissed right now. My mum was so proud that she learnt how to restart her devices on her own, and now this shit.

@m0xee I'm also 100% for spaces because I hate when things get misaligned. I have a few workmates who like to align variables in a table-like fashion and if you use tabs for that it quickly becomes a mess.

@clive @aparrish @samplereality I asked Bing how to run a language model without python and it told me to download a python script that doesn't exist. When I pointed it out it made up a GitHub repo that doesn't exist. When I pointed that out it just said "I can access it fine."

Well, that's it. My #akkoma instance social.fellr.net is no more. It couldn't even delete my old account properly without getting a timeout on the database. Man, I really don't like the way it's designed. I know it's better for the #fediverse if not every instance is #mastodon, but at the moment there is nothing better in terms of reliability. Again, #gotosocial is very promising, but needs a bit more features. They're coming though! #fediadmin #meta
