You can filter hashtags by just filtering the word (without the #) from that tag, but make sure the "whole word" option isn't ticked. Whole word may be preventing it filtering hashtags.
If you can't log into an account but the account still exists, ask the admin for help. You can contact them by email even if you can't log in.
Their public email address is always on their website, on the About page. If your original profile is on stranger.social, then the About page is https://stranger.social/about
On Guppe the only way to see past posts is to browse the group's account's profile, and you'll see all posts from the moment someone on your server followed that group. (If no one on your server has followed it before this will be blank, unfortunately.)
It's up to each server to decide what is necessary, but it does seem common sense that bots should use the "automated" label?
By the way, many servers will block servers and accounts that do auto-posting from Twitter, especially if it's without permission of the account holder.

I'm not sure... I think it shouldn't affect transfers, but if you run into any difficulties you could ask your admin to remove the limitation so you can move?
I select specific video accounts or channels to follow from fedi.video, and if they accept the follow then the videos are visible and searchable on the fedi.video webite.
I don't follow entire servers because I want to curate each account that is visible on the site.
