Overall I think I became more at peace mentally when I decided I'll just try and fully accept whatever happens, if I'm doing my best I have no reason to be upset about it. Call it a defeatist or cope-fueled mindset, there's no further point in being upset over bad situations. It's not like anyone was ever owed an ideal world, you know?
