    @Meemoo I still think they should sunset HI3 and just sell it as Hi3 Complete and just package the original story up as a nice offline ARPG experience.

    Most people can only handle juggling 2-3 live services before it gets incredibly suffocating.

    @Meemoo but Hoyo literally has 3 major live services even in their investor call didn't they say every time they released a new one it cannibalized the old one. I don't understand why they'd want to keep making live services rapidfire at this point.

    They've basically hit peak saturation.

    @bowlingc they raised the age rating but the issue is due to ccp rules they're getting bent on the skins prior to the age rating shift. The big issue is they didn't split the global version off from the chinese version which proves they won't put the effort in to maintain 2 clients.

A coup in the office happened where they went full DEI, and then they fired or #metoo'd all the competent employees realized that they killed the host. Afterwards they had to throw everything out to remake the game from scratch because everyone who assembled the first run of the game is no longer here.
