@mint @pernia why doesn't pleroma Fe, the main default Fe for pleroma, ever use the backend API correctly? it isn't just this either, it's a consistent theme too including search and other things. It's extremely slow to adopt new features too and took like a whole year (or at least 6 months) after lists were added to the backend before it was added to pleroma fe.

@coolboymew I could legitimately see a series just calling them "The Hungry". And having dialogue like "what happened to Bob?" "we had to put him down he got infected with The Hunger" "nooooooo this can't be happening"

@djsumdog @coolboymew same is true with the DS tbh since it released early partially overlapping and making the GBAs life shorter (it released in like 2001 and the original 'fat DS' came out in 2004). The handhelds in general overlap on the generational boundary (which in reality is an arbitrary thing made up by marking people if you think about it).
