@WashedOutGundamPilot I have to wonder what the actual plan is, here. Anglin and some others claim that they know there's no salvaging the institution a generation later, so they intend to just start a war with Iran and all of its friends now, and the future pipeline isn't a concern.
-
Is he naive? Sure. Does he engage with annoying influencers? Also sure.
But he's well-intentioned, and it's funny that he's fedposting at the exact time the U.S. government is getting ready to beg for his help bringing astronauts back.

ngl 2024 election is going to be interesting no matter what. White people have discovered rioting.
Either they fuck up the rigging in the face of tens of millions of swing voters not wanting to listen to Kamala cackle for for years, and we watch the system implode in fury over Orange Hitler returning to power, or they rig it even more blatantly than before and anyone that hasn't been hitting the gym and making friends at the range is fucked because the Irish Troubles are getting a sequel. (third option is that people are too demoralized to even vote, the rigging can be reasonably subtle, nothing happens, and a bunch of fat gay retards say "I told you so", but recent events have been cool enough that hopefully that doesn't happen)
-
@WashedOutGundamPilot Core issue is that it goes both ways. If we knew that another White guy had a 90 percent chance of being on *our* team, it'd be easier to mobilize in support, but when it's 60/40 there's always a risk of investing resources in defense of someone who's just going to defect instead of cooperating when it's your turn.
Combination of a fractured group and an occupation government that does everything possible to make it expensive to back our own makes it a bit of a trick. The only good news is that we're the most (only?) competent demographic, and that competence is mostly limited to the loyal ones, so there are some good incentives for those who do manage to keep up a solid ingroup.
-
@ArdainianRight It does look like they've decided to try to rig it. I would've predicted they'd go with someone less cretinous and unlikeable than Kamala, but we've gone four years with a glorified coma patient on the throne, so I guess it doesn't really matter.
The universal media push insisting some 'Pokemon go to the polls' - tier cringe campaign has suddenly evened the polls is burning credibility (and dignity), and I have to figure they wouldn't do it unless "oh look we got 90 million votes this time" was what they were planning to go with.

@Shadowman311 My understanding of it is that Mr. Beast is a turbonormie with an idiot savant skill at making clickbait Youtube videos.
His understanding of the situation would be:
> "Hey, my friend is dressing up as a woman. That's pretty weird, let me look it up."
> "Oh, okay, apparently it's an accepted thing. Okay, whatever, I'll announce that I support him. He is my friend, after all."
Some time later...
> "What the fuck! My friend was a pedophile?! That can't be true, can it? I'm hiring a private investigator to know for sure, but things look pretty damning."
I might be missing something, I'm not the world's number one MrBeast expert, but I don't think we can assume everyone has the priors of a 25 year old who's been on /pol/ since he was 15.
-
@WashedOutGundamPilot I don't know that anything like that is even allowed nowadays, but I think the best shot would be framing it around excellence and ambition rather than helping the downtrodden. "I want to identify the best people and excel alongside them", phrased with a little more tact.
That's how it's done in tech, at least.

An update from the schizolib content mines
They are not taking things well.
-
@WashedOutGundamPilot Man, these people are not smart. Imagine pissing off the race that conquered your billion-person country with like three expeditionary teams of guys on boats.
-
@WashedOutGundamPilot We need like 50 of these, and a community effort at scale to rate them. Some kind of aggregated, statistically-verifiable index of what a five is, or what a seven is, and so on.
It's criminal that we have thousands of publications a year on how the Ooga Booga tribe had six different kinds of transsexual but nobody has even attempted to use some of that grant money to give us this.
-
@ArdainianRight There's definitely some mixed messaging going on. Doing my best to reconcile all of the narratives going around, and discard the things that are obviously false:
> There's one group of people, primarily around Biden, that does not want to let go of power. Their interests are the interests of the DNC and its immediate clients.
> There's another group that's given up on getting rid of Trump, on the basis that anything they could do at this point would create even larger problems. They didn't anticipate the degree of backlash J6 would have among ordinary enlisted men, and definitely didn't expect that the boomers and normalfags would finally have enough and start to riot.
> The first group used its levers to reduce Trump's security detail, hoping he'd get shot by one of the many increasingly deranged libtards seeing "Trump is literally Hitler, put him in the crosshairs" every time they look at one of their screens.
> The second group doesn't consider this a good idea, but they also like the thought of replacing Biden with some generic, pliant R pulled from the bench.
> After the shooting, the second group is even more apathetic than before, and the first group is more-or-less just in shock at how fucked they are.

🤣🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣
It was up for two whole hours

@ArdainianRight @SuperSnekFriend @Blouie Unironically the first government that figures out it can just rework its education system to mass-produce Asuka-cosplaying tradwives will conquer the world.

@deVoid @Wormwood I've been posting regularly the entire time I've had an account. You retards have no idea how much it discredits you to keep repeating something that anyone with a 90+ IQ can debunk just by clicking my profile and scrolling down.
-
@Wormwood The big takeaway here is that it is now public knowledge that someone can get *close* to shooting a presidential candidate. Conspiracy theories about it being allowed to happen (possible, sure) aside, America has had a lot of political tension for a long time, but the only violent actors so far have been glowie-groomed speds on the right, directed at unimportant, highly-sympathetic targets, and total retards on the left who either attacked random schools and shopping malls or got popped before they could do much of anything.
If they really did allow this to happen, it doesn't seem smart. What happens the next time a far-left judge lets off a guy who murdered a kid for political reasons, like that guy in North Dakota? A lot of guys think: "Hey, I'm probably more capable than that leftie guy, and some random judge is probably less secure than a president."
-
They should partner this tech with an MMO. Instead of lying to advertisers to get Webkinz Coins like we did as kids, a new generation of kids will "Place energy cells in the battery rack to power up your character!"
-
@WashedOutGundamPilot @cough I don't think the side with black transbians will be the one to write the history books
I'd take the "but we have better tech" argument more seriously if the same people hadn't spent the last four years insisting that Yemen and the Ukraine thing would be quick victories.
-
@WashedOutGundamPilot I don't think a medium or activity gets destroyed when bad instances emerge, it gets destroyed when the good instances are completely rooted out. If there were a football team that was loudly, aggressively against all of the gay pride and BLM stuff, they'd have plenty of fans at every game. Same deal as Fedi - it's a lot more left-leaning on average than Twitter was, but the existence of instances where being a normal 2014 internet user isn't banned or shadowbanned makes it one of the better social media platforms.
Given the growing backlash against troonslators in the West and in Japan, and the fact, as AI advances, we get ever closer to /pol/ making its very own slice of life series with competitive production value, I don't think we'll see a total purge of non-cringe content the way we did in sci-fi literature, Western animation, tabletop gaming, and Hollywood movies.

@Evil_Bender @WashedOutGundamPilot @RealRaul @TheEternalBungholio @suquili would not
-
@suquili @Evil_Bender @RealRaul @TheEternalBungholio @WashedOutGundamPilot I don't know, too many people view the physical and mental as separate things. If someone lets herself get that fat, there's something wrong mentally - either she's bought into the "I don't need no man" thing, or there's a lot of entitlement going on.
Men and women are different, but think about how much would need to change for *you* to be comfortable being that out of shape without doing something drastic to set things right. Personalitywise, could you even imagine the thought process that would lead to not being embarrassed by that?
