   Trying to think about how to phrase my "dream career" for a phone interview

   I basically dream about having a company/pipeline where guys who want to end it all can come into our fold, learn/train/graduate and have a fruitful, family-supporting career on the other side. Every time I see a white guy talking about suicide I wish I had the kind of business it takes to offer him employment and a better life.

   But when you try to talk about that kind of uplifting enterprise they always ALWAYS drag it to women and browns, that's it. "oh well we have some programs like that, we have a scholarship for women in aviatio-" **no bitch-nig the roasties got enough assistance I'm talking about one exclusively for white men at the end of their rope

     @WashedOutGundamPilot I don't know that anything like that is even allowed nowadays, but I think the best shot would be framing it around excellence and ambition rather than helping the downtrodden. "I want to identify the best people and excel alongside them", phrased with a little more tact.
     
     That's how it's done in tech, at least.

     @AmericanChampion @WashedOutGundamPilot That's how I've phrased my own projects but that doesn't get at the core demographic. If someone is "the best" that usually means they're already established and not thinking of killing themselves. trve based-ment dwellers have potential to be really successful but find no leverage to lift themselves out of that pit, and so they're seen as unskilled losers and are passed over.

     Honestly I'd say the hardest part is even convincing these guys to take action. I tried to convince my brother to apply for some pilot scholarships but he's content to just vidya and goyslop until the power goes out and he kills himself. Nothing to be done unless he has a near-death experience that shakes him up.
