    @WashedOutGundamPilot @eee The kids have def worn down my wife's sharp edges.
    It's been interesting to see how her love for the kids overcomes her frustration and fatigue. I can also go to work with the confidence that her insanely neurotic family members won't be able to undermine her.
    Now that I'm thinking about it, I think my wife was a deredere girls who got tsunified by her time with me.

    @WashedOutGundamPilot @eee My experience with the "kind sweet vulnerable" type is that they require a lot more work on the part of the man to make the relationship work because they're so timid and reserved. Wooing one of these women is more like hunting a prey animal than charming a woman. I definitely get the sense that they're unreliable when push comes to shove. Tsun girls will def test your confidence though so if you're a low-powered man you'll end up being dominated (not in a fun way).

    There are no "kind sweet vulnerable" women in my family or extended family so maybe that's why I have this preference.
    When my wife and I met we were teenagers so "growing together" is def something that happened.

    Tsun girls have a crunchy outside and an ooey gooey center. Sweet girls are preferable on paper, but IRL they never registered with me as wife material. I was in denial about my preference for a long time but as an adult, looking back, I can see that I clearly had a preference for aggressive, combative women. Docile, agreeable girls are easily taken advantage of and are thus less fun to romance. It's the girls who are spirited and assertive that are satisfying to pursue and that make good partners long term.
