Israel must be scrambling to manufacture evidence for this "beheaded babies" narrative that got totally out of hand considering it gained a surprising amount of traction and now people are asking for proof which Israel doesn't have (because it doesn't exist, because it never happened). The White House is already back-peddling from it, the IDF is refusing to confirm (and is now refusing to even acknowledge it outright), and the totality of the "evidence" available is an "eyewitness account" from a single Israeli journalist who's basically just saying "lol just trust me!" Imagine if this got circulated before ${current_year}, before the internet, where people might just blindly trust larger-than-life claims sight unseen and codify it into history! Wouldn't that be wild?

One thing I have seen is an awful lot of videos of injured, suffering, and dead Palestinian children and infants. No shortage of evidence for that carnage, which, unlike fictitious claims of beheaded Jewish children, nobody in the Western media apparatuses cares a lick about.

I feel like the most pragmatic thing from a game console point of view would be to make the device a solid box or rectangle or something and fill it with the best components available within a price-point in order to absolutely dominate in performance and capability. Honestly, the trans community on "alt-Fedi" is probably the coolest group out there, outside of their incessant posting about gender. I mean this insofar as "alt-Fedi" goes, you seem to either be walking a razor's edge between outright edgelord spergs and overly-sensitive liberals. The trans community seems to just be chill and "I'm just trying to grill [and warn people not to microwave gender fluid]". They're fun, they're laid back, they can shitpost, they're not overly-sensitive and performatively offended by everything, and they're also not needlessly offensive e-racists. Very comfy group of folks who I'm happy to associate with.

If you're one of the few people who knows how to make fire and you're in the business of making fire, you're not necessarily incentivized in having everyone else also learn how to make fire. All these old Chinese movies make smoking cigarettes look so cool.

It's kind of amazing how good Japanese and Chinese movies in the 1950s and 60s were compared to their Western counterparts. Contemporary movies therein in the West were, by contrast, extremely sterile and formulaic. This is perhaps due to the "safety" of larger budgets? Or censors? Or a lack of imagination or desire for experimentation? I'm unsure. But, their Eastern counterparts were, comparatively, very experimental, therefore, hold up quite a bit better when viewed today. I wonder if it was the need to "do more with less". It all reminds me of German cinema in the 1910s and 1920s in its similarities of exploration in the medium and being unafraid to experiment with the genre.
