@nixCraft only thing I really disliked is that the Gnome Shell dash is at the bottom instead of the left. Luckily there's an extension for that.

@annporterla the other unfortunate thing is a lot of people who were used to getting X likes and Y RTs on the bird site got discouraged here because they got X/100 likes and Y/100 RTs. They stopped posting and went back to the other place.

@annporterla You have to put more work into it here. You can see who I follow to get an idea, but there's really nothing that says "oh you follow this person, so you might like these people."

They *just* added full text search and some people aren't on-board so in order to get proper engagement you must use hashtags.

Also you can give @feditips a follow. They generally have some good info for newbies.
