Took my kid to the library after work, and of the 25-odd parents in the kids area, I'm the only one with shoes that take a polish or a shirt with buttons. Women respond one of two ways to getting shoe mogged by a giant dude with a cute kid:
1. Seethe
2. Pounce
I may need an extraction team, I am being overrun by suburban moms trying to steal my seed.

@chainsaw_appreciator @rein @DW2 Yeah, this is almost entirely due to Larry's collapsing commercial real estate portfolio. If everyone works from home, you're going to see a lot of companies do strategic defaults on their expensive downtown offices.

How are we feeling about straight up lightweight wool (first) vs wool 50% / silk 38% / linen 12%? The wool looks more formal, but on a brown suit I'm not sure that matters as much.

Limited Edition WE Knife Merata. I like this knife already, don't usually go for limited editions, but the titanium handles with carbon fiber and copper accents on this one are really cool. Lists for $400, retails under $350, you can get the plain titanium grip version for $290. I think it's a worthwhile upgrade if you were buying one anyway.

4.8" of D2 steel, quite slicey, not sure how to describe the grind but it gives you a useful tip, a working belly, and a fairly strong spine. Grips are G-10, retails under $100.

I really want to like this dagger, but it seems like using it to actually fight is likely to end up with your hand sliding up the blade.

Fred Perrin at it again. The "Ligament," from Bastinelli. Despite the aggressive lines, probably much better as a utility blade than a fighting one.

Beyond the obvious rust-bucket status, the motley collection of uniforms of the day, the standing around in a cluster at a position of... neglect? Is that what we call standing casually with your hands over your balls? It's not any position I was ever taught, and certainly not the attention or at least at ease we were taught when being addressed by superiors.
