There is a Roxy gaiden and an Eris gaiden. There might be more but I haven't seen them. Also the three cannon wives are Sylphie, Eris, and Roxy. It is heavily implied that Rudy has numerous beast women lovers especially in his old age as he is seen as a man of consummate strength and is peerless in battle even in his 70s which is very attractive to beastgirls.
-
No, I mean in the manga it is heavily implied that Rudy's actions during beastperson mating season officially made him their fiancée even if he isn't really aware of it right now.
Also I have been spoiled by comments in the manga releases, this is a harem harem and Rudy fucks around a LOT more than his dad did. Roxy is one of his wives.
Also also some series work better as a LN/WN because they are entirely dependent on the MC's inner monologue to develop the story rather than simply show it. Mushoku is kind of half and half which makes the manga a pretty good way to enjoy it since it can dip into Rudy's inner voice to express his struggles with his previous self in the life of his new life without becoming over indulgent in the exposition.
In other series that are multimedia the stories vary greatly between the various versions. GATE is a good example where the LN, manga, and anime all depart from one another. In GATE, other than characters and certain core story elements, the three versions are all distinct from each other. Tone, presentation, narrative elements, and even details change between each version. In my opinion, having read the LN, watched the anime, and currently reading the manga I have to say the manga version is best as it balances character development, action, and the political and military minutia better than the raw autism of the LN and the almost flippant nature of the anime.

Greetings @minds
I'm just here to watch the show
-
The manga character designs are pretty on point with the LN illustrations. The dog girl has massive tiddies and the cat girl has pretty respectable tiddies.

DOMS usually go away a short while after you begin training. Giving yourself these extra days off might be causing your body to take longer to adapt to the repeated-bout effect.
If it is still too much you can try to deload and start with lower weights to get your muscles more accustomed to it. I would recommend stretching beforehand, but Switch Fit is already a pretty great warmup.
-
How so do you mean recover? Like muscle soreness, weakness?
-
Just remember sleep is an important part of physical training. Your body builds new muscle tissue while you sleep. So you might have to cut back a little bit on those late night idol binges if you want the best result.
-
It's alright mate. Different muscle groups develop at different rates and you will still get some use out of those 12s when you are finally ready to move up. All about that progressive overload. Just keep at it and you will get there.

Back when I was still using dating apps I used to use whether or not they had a "I was vaxed" badge on their profile as a filter. If they got it I just didn't even bother trying.
-
Yeah, they are already starting to roll out the Covid 2 stuff.

Performative masculinity. Same with guys who have never worked with their hands wearing plaid workshirts or getting tattoos.

This was the worst series I can remember that came out of the Autumn 2013 season. That said the ED the was so catchy that I ended up listening to it over 10,000 times. I could put in on while I was doing paperwork every night and just grind through work completely losing track of time. I have no idea how but the song sort of just disappeared into the background of my thoughts as I would zone out.
-
What is going on right here? At first I thought it was a hat, then I thought it was hair, now I think it might be a wig?
-
LFG
-
Also their tits are much bigger in the manga.
-
Yeah, that is pretty much what happened in the manga. Also pretty sure the both of them are his fiancées now.
-
I think I am going to try and recover my old iTunes account. I have the entire series on there and I could really do with a rewatch.
-
It was honestly very good. Probably confusing and boring if you are not familiar with the series, but for someone that has been watching since the first episode aired it was a very good bookend to a series that ran for 20 years.
