any stronger laws than the EU haven't been implemented yet in UK (even if they are in the pipeline), Vimeo is choosing to pre-empt or goldplate them either for ad revenue or to keep government contracts..Every commercial site is just about unusable on mobile devices due to ads (although I can usually get Firefox to run Ublock, this breaks more sites on mobile than on desktop)...
