@Tsuki What I read suggested that they're good for 10 years after date of last usage. I'm partial to the toica cards because they remind me of the Wii Homebrew Channel (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zLDlWNDmR8k&t=10s) . I didn't get a toica card this time though. Instead I got a rather dasai-looking Icoca card. That's still fine. It was cheap and I won't be looking at it other than when I charge it. reminds me of wii channel.png some kind of chinpokomon.png
Each directory that needed to be backed up got their own batch file. The contents of one was as follows (ignore the == part)

I have that set to run every three days around 1AM, to wake the computer to run the account, and to run whether my account is logged in or not. It's not the same as mirroring but I think it will be good enough for what I am trying to do.
@poppyart@moffintosh@Moon I remember reading that the people working on Bloodstained used it to randomly generate marble pillars with unique amounts of deterioration per pillar. Perhaps it could also be used to generate backgrounds (especially buildings) for manga, allowing mangaka to focus more of their time on characters.
@deadheat Depends on the game. Super Mario Bros Wonder is around 4GB. According to one source, with DLC Mario Kart 8 DX is around 6.2GB. Breath of the Wild clocks in at 16.3GB. Monster Hunter Rise is 19.7GB. Resident Evil Revelations is 23.7 GB.
Bigger games like NBA 2K23 have sizes like 55.4 GB.
