@itsfoss I switched from #ubuntu to something "minty" without that crappy #snaps bullshit. Forcing snaps and "ransomware" in my face isn't going to fly with me any longer. You need to drop ubuntu too. Because the won't stop until the numbers of installations drop.

@itsfoss #ubuntu these days turned into #ransomware . they keep package updates away from you, until you pay with personal data or money for their subscription programm. i stopped using it since.

@nixCraft #RedHat and anything based or related on/to RH is DEAD TO ME, after the latest stupid stunt by those IBM's puppets. Even there are nice new clones, i won't use them any longer, just to reduce RH's "market share" if you can call it that. Same with Canonical's/UBUNTU's "you will swallow SNAPS weather you like it or not" act. Starting at some "critical mass" those companies start to lose their connection to ground. Time to #CHANGE !! @nixCraft Simply STOP USING #REDHAT BASED DISTROS COMPLETELY !! Don't feed the troll! They don't want "freeloaders". So stop to maintain their marketshare by using RH related distros. Switch to something more relaxed and community oriented. That saves you a ton of LUBE, if you hate when your butthole burns, after getting F'ed by RH.

QUESTION IS, will it be REALLY YOURS, AFTER YOU PAYED FOR IT ??? Talking #drm , #subscription based and #online requirements here! IF there is any kind of #DRM that prevents you from "keeping it", including ALL add-ons, on changing hard- and software over time, IT WOULD BE A NO GO TO ME !!! It's either MINE OR THEM'S !
