   I will transfer my domains from Google Domains to Cloudflare or Namecheap tonight. What a disaster. I don't trust Squarespace. They are shady. Ugh. Google ruined another product.

     this bit me too! 😫 it was the last nail in the "don't build a future with Google" coffin. i'm moving everything i can anywhere else that doesn't fall out from under me like quicksand.

     i switched to:
     https://mythic-beasts.com for DNS, and
     https://nearlyfreespeech.net for web hosting.
