@sembiance They are not. The guy that made them (7 total) is still around and never released the rights. And since so few were probably ever sold, no one ever dispersed them.

I think this was a GIF > GeoPublish conversion. Like GeoWrite, funnily enough you must use the Page Map to see the whole "document".

Originally this hanged in the shop window of a Commodore/Amiga dealer in Portland, Oregon (hence the yellowing, which gives it character).
Need to fix the internal light. Some day.

@slaine No, ED disks are almost unobtanium these days. (I have 3 new ones, though.) But the ED format is possible to create as I mention in the post from HD disks, so there's essentiallty countless disks at our fingertips easy to acquire and use.

@Datassette_User a fully licensed SCPU128 MMU was quietly dropped by Thomas a few days ago, too… and a p v2 RAMcard for the RAMlink… little bits and bobs dropping like ticks from a clock. It’s amazing!

@Datassette_User @ctrlaltrees it’s definitely not a cheap device. But it does seem almost impossible to have it - and fully licensed - in 2024.

And Thomas isn’t done bringing more CMD hardware back to market…
