Well he writes like 20+ pages on the concept each time he talks about it and he talks about it multiple times so it's hard to summarize but essentially:

In order for a political ideology to be successful it must have it's own "world concept"; an idea that explains how the world works and informs how the world should be made to work. This "world concept" needs to offer something new that old and competing new world concepts do not offer in order for it to have a chance of success.

This world concept must be treated by the members of the ideology as absolute and undeniable truth. The masses respect strength of conviction and certainty above all else. Merging with competing organizations is a death sentence as this muddies the ideology via compromise.

There's a lot more and I'll try to find the part where he outlines the structure of the early NSDAP and why he structured it that way because his own words are better than my summary, but it's a long book lol.

Uh I didn't mean it like that... Men and women are different and we have different roles and expectations but that doesn't mean one should be above the other. We both need to pull our own weight in relationships and life in general.

Modern gender conflict comes from both sides neglecting their duties and obligations. Laying it at the feet of one gender or the other is unproductive and won't fix anything.

That's not how it's been throughout any period of human history though. Woman have always been expected and required to contribute in their own way to the success of the household and child rearing. The man's duty is to protect and provide for her, but her duty is to support him in return. No civilization has given women a free pass in the past and we don't need to start doing that just because feminism has spoiled the most rotten hearted of modern women.

I've not had the same experience, and I think going off of the personal opinions of individuals who grew up in this jew poisoned world is a mistake. Many men and women are poisoned by really bad ideas about gender and their thoughts, opinions and behaviors do not reflect the natural or ideal state of either gender.

Many women end up being convinced all men are perverts or spineless cowards using the same reasoning. When you look at a lot of modern men, their conclusions don't seem entirely wrong either, but it does not reflect the natural or intended state of men.
